Don’t like the eggy taste?

If you think your chaffle is too ‘eggy’ try one or more of the following tips:

  • Try another type of cheese – cream cheese or mozzarella can make a milder tasting chaffle
  • Use 2 egg whites in place of 1 egg
  • Make sure your eggs are room temperature
  • Add Almond or Coconut flour, and a little bit of Baking Powder
  • Add other spices: garlic powder, italian seasoning, taco seasoning everything but the bagel seasoning, nutritional yeast.
  • Add a little bit of heavy whipping cream
