Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 oz Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp water (optional)
Instructions
PREP
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- Spray or wipe grill with a small amount of coconut or avocado oil.
- Mix all ingredients together well using a fork or stick blender. If mixture is very thick add a little bit of water.
COOK
- Pour half of the mixture into dash mini maker.
- Close the lid and cook until it stops steaming (the lid may rise slightly during cooking).
- Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Notes
Serve with low carb ice cream or whipped cream
