Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Riced Cauliflower, steamed and moisture pressed out
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
PREP
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- Spray or wipe grill with a small amount of coconut or avocado oil.
- Whisk all ingredients together with a fork.
COOK
- Pour 1/2 of the mixture into the dash mini waffle maker (about 2 Tbsp or slightly less than 1/4 cup).
- Close the lid and cook until it stops steaming (the lid may rise slightly during cooking).
- Repeat with the second half of the mixture.
Notes
Lid will open easily when the chaffle is done. If it feels like it’s sticking, let it cook a little longer.
