Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Instructions

PREP

    1. Preheat your waffle maker.
    2. Spray or wipe grill with a small amount of coconut or avocado oil.
    3. Whisk egg and cheese together with a fork.

COOK

    1. Pour 1/2 of the egg mixture into the dash mini waffle maker (about 2 Tbsp or slightly less than 1/4 cup).
    2. Close the lid and cook until it stops steaming (the lid may rise slightly during cooking).
    3. Repeat with the second half of the mixture.

Notes

Lid will open easily when the chaffle is done. If it feels like it’s sticking, let it cook a little longer.
