Ingredients

  • Egg
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions

PREP

    1. Preheat your waffle maker.
    2. Spray or wipe grill with a small amount of coconut or avocado oil.
    3. Whisk egg with a fork.

COOK

    1. Sprinkle a quarter of the cheese over the waffle maker
    2. Pour 1/2 of the egg mixture into the dash mini waffle maker (about 2 Tbsp or slightly less than 1/4 cup).
    3. Sprinkle a quarter of the cheese on top of the egg mixture.
    4. Close the lid and cook until it stops steaming (the lid may rise slightly during cooking).
    5. Repeat steps 1 -4 for the second chaffle.

Notes

Lid will open easily when the chaffle is done. If it feels like it’s sticking, let it cook a little longer.
