Ingredients
- Egg
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Instructions
PREP
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- Spray or wipe grill with a small amount of coconut or avocado oil.
- Whisk egg with a fork.
COOK
- Sprinkle a quarter of the cheese over the waffle maker
- Pour 1/2 of the egg mixture into the dash mini waffle maker (about 2 Tbsp or slightly less than 1/4 cup).
- Sprinkle a quarter of the cheese on top of the egg mixture.
- Close the lid and cook until it stops steaming (the lid may rise slightly during cooking).
- Repeat steps 1 -4 for the second chaffle.
Notes
Lid will open easily when the chaffle is done. If it feels like it’s sticking, let it cook a little longer.
